In the Makaronika confectionery laboratory, we gathered a team of young, talented specialists and created a special platform for gastronomic experiments and absolute creativity. When creating macarons, we always go beyond and look for unusual combinations, bright tastes and new sensations.
Today, the Macaronika recipe library has more than 100 unique flavors of macaroon cakes. Sea buckthorn & Rosemary, Borodino bread with prunes, a snack for moonshine with onion fries and even macaron with the taste of money - everything is possible in our confectionery laboratory!
