Macaronika is the first confectionery in Russia producing popular and most challenging desserts – macarons. We prepare these confections according to original old recipes in combination with modern technologies using only natural ingredients and creative approach to everything.We do know what quality means. Day after day, year after year we work hard to build up the most efficient production chain and business processes in order to deliver to our customers the unparalleled quality of macarons producing millions of pieces in a year. Since 2017 Macaronika has had no analogs on the Russian market.

The History of the Company

Launching a production shop

Launching a production shop with the area of 80 sq m and opening the first 3 bakeries-confectioneries with a wide range of pastry, cakes, cookies, fruit-jelly, bread and 3 kinds of macarons (more precisely, something that reminds of macarons).

Start selling macarons

In March the first corners in the company style – Macaronika – start selling macarons. The production reaches 150,000 pieces monthly. Petersburgers immediately appreciated bright cookies with original tastes and flavours, attractive gift packaging, reasonable prices and excellent quality of the product.

Macaronika continues developing actively despite the crisis because of Covid-19 epidemic.

The sales in the segment of branding macarons as well as HoReCa and retail sales are growing. The expansion of production capacities up to 1,500 sq m takes place. Unique production equipment and know-how are introduced. Significant investment is made in IT, the company’s team and competence in all spheres of its activity. The range of macarons exceeds 100 kinds and amounts to 4 sizes: mini, middle, standard and double.

The partners decided to focus on the sale of cookies – macarons.

The strategy of entering the market under the new brand – Macaronika – is developed during a year. The production of macarons reaches the number of 5,000 a year. A team of young professionals is created.

STABILIZATION AND TAKEOFF

Installation of the unique equipment which has no analogs in Russia. Due to it Macaronika produces 300, 000 macarons monthly. The space of its production area increases to 750 sq m. The company launches the new product ice-macs (ice-cream macarons) which very quickly occupies a special place in customers’ hearts.

EXPANDING THE BOUNDARIES

The company receives the International Certificate of Food Security FSSC 22000 and also Halal Islamic Conformity Certificate. The production of macarons reaches 1,5 m pieces monthly. Work with private label becomes a special direction in the company’s activity. Macarons from Macaronika appear on sale in the Russian Food House (Dubai, UAE) and the export to the CIS countries continues. An active preparatory work is done for starting regular deliveries to the Gulf region and other Asian countries.
